Te Hononga O Tāmaki Me Hoturoa is a kaupapa Māori Whānau Ora organisation with a number of member primary health providers delivering services to predominantly ‘high-need’ populations in the Auckland and Counties Manukau areas. It serves an enrolled population of approximately 90,000 people in the Auckland and Counties Manukau District Health Board Areas.
The organisation Te Hononga O Tāmaki Me Hoturoa as its name implies was formed by the joining of Tāmaki Healthcare and Te Kupenga o Hoturoa. Until our new website is complete you may visit our old websites for more information.
